Welcome to Maintenalyze. By using our mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Maintenalyze, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Maintenalyze is a vehicle maintenance tracking application that allows you to:

• Record and track vehicle service history.
• Log fuel fill-ups and monitor fuel efficiency.
• Set maintenance reminders based on time or mileage.
• View analytics and cost breakdowns for your vehicles.
• Compare your vehicle data with community statistics.
• Transfer vehicle ownership to other users.
• Export service history as PDF reports.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Garage Basic (Free): Track 1 vehicle with full features.
• Garage Plus: Track up to 3 vehicles, includes PDF export.
• Garage Pro: Unlimited vehicles, priority support, and early access to new features.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's store settings. Refunds are handled according to the respective store's refund policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit (photos, service records, vehicle data). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for providing the service.

6. Community Data

By using the app, you agree that anonymized, aggregated data from your vehicle records may be used to generate community statistics and leaderboards. No personally identifiable information is shared.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the app's operation.
• Misrepresent vehicle data or create fraudulent records.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that maintenance reminders will be delivered on time or that analytics calculations will be perfectly accurate. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule.

9. Limitation of Liability

Maintenalyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to vehicle damage resulting from reliance on the app's reminders or recommendations.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
